How long does shipping take?

Most items take 5-10 business days from purchase date to receive unless stated otherwise in your description. International orders may also take longer.

At this time we DO NOT offer refunds. Items must be returned/postmarked within 14 days of receipt for store credit or exchange.

Shipping & Delivery

POCKETT Boutique utilizes multiple order shipping methods. In house, we ship anywhere in the world. Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on Federal Holidays, regardless of day or time, will begin processing on the following business day. All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. To track your order at anytime, you'll be able to use your UPS of USPS Tracking number. UPS SHIPPING METHODS AND ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIMES: (Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed) PLEASE NOTE: POCKETT Boutique does not guarantee specific delivery times.
International customers may be required to pay import or duty fees to their local customs. POCKETT Boutique is not responsible for fees or taxes imposed by the customer’s local government.
